Dominique Cosmetics is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Live Seller/Content Creator to join our marketing team. As a live seller, you will represent our brand on TikTok and Instagram Live, and post/stories showcasing our high-quality beauty products to a broad and engaged audience. You will play a critical role in driving sales and building brand awareness through interactive and entertaining live sessions.
Requirements:Key Responsibilities:
- Host Live Selling Sessions: Go live on TikTok and Instagram to demonstrate and promote Dominique Cosmetics products. Highlight features, benefits, and promotions while engaging with the audience in real-time.
- Audience Engagement: Create a lively, interactive environment during live sessions. Encourage viewers to ask questions, share feedback, and make purchases through direct links to our TikTok Shop and website.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of Dominique Cosmetics products. Be able to explain the unique benefits and applications of each product confidently.
- Content Creation: Work closely with the marketing department to develop creative, engaging content for live sessions, including planning themes, scripting, and selecting products to feature.
- Collaboration with Marketing: Partner with the marketing team to create promotional materials and ads for TikTok Shop and live events. Ensure that all content aligns with the brand’s tone, style, and promotional calendar.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor live session metrics, including viewer engagement, sales conversions, and audience feedback. Report on these metrics to the marketing team and suggest improvements for future sessions.
- Brand Representation: Serve as a brand ambassador for Dominique Cosmetics. Ensure that all content reflects the brand’s values and aesthetic.
Qualifications:
- Strong On-Camera Presence: Charismatic, confident, and comfortable in front of the camera. Ability to capture and maintain audience attention throughout live sessions.
- Passion for Beauty: Deep interest in makeup and beauty products. Prior experience working with beauty brands is a plus.
- Creative Mindset: Ability to generate fresh, engaging ideas for content and promotions that resonate with our target audience.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills. Ability to engage with viewers, answer questions, and explain products clearly and effectively.
- Understanding of Social Media Trends: Up-to-date with the latest trends on TikTok, Instagram, and the broader beauty community.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with the technical aspects of hosting live sessions, including lighting, camera setup, and troubleshooting common issues.
