Proposal Creation:

  • Partner with the sales team to craft dynamic and engaging proposals that align with SummitMedia’s high standards and branding guidelines.
  • Leverage in-depth research to extract industry insights and market trends, turning them into persuasive narratives that drive client decisions.
  • Execute visually compelling and strategically sound client proposals using PowerPoint, Canva, and Photoshop from concept through completion.
  • Translate large amounts of data into a visually appealing story for proposals and infographics.
  • Integrate compelling case studies, testimonials, and performance-driven metrics to illustrate SummitMedia’s impact and close deals effectively.

Graphic Design:

  • Design and produce visually captivating graphics for digital ads, websites, blogs, and social media to engage audiences and enhance brand visibility.
  • Create eye-catching one-sheets and additional graphic design needs for SummitMedia markets that leave a lasting impression on clients.
  • Elevate the corporate website, blog, and social media platforms with innovative and cutting-edge designs using Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all platforms and maintain alignment with the latest digital and print design standards.

Cross-Departmental Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and programming teams to synchronize strategies and develop a holistic approach for each client proposal.
  • Facilitate the seamless integration of feedback from multiple departments, ensuring proposals are comprehensive, strategic, and tailored to client objectives.

Miscellaneous:

  • Continuously optimize media kits for accuracy and relevance, ensuring they reflect the most current offerings.
  • Maintain and enhance a library of sales materials by proofreading, editing, and formatting content for consistency and impact.
  • Streamline and modernize proposal content to reflect product innovations and market shifts.
  • Efficiently manage multiple proposals at once, ensuring on-time delivery while maintaining a high standard of quality.
  • Undertake ad-hoc duties that contribute to the strategic goals of the Creative Hub.
