The Audience Development Director will be responsible for driving audience growth across multiple digital platforms with a focus on social media and YouTube. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in audience development, strategic content distribution, and an innovative approach to growing digital communities. This is a full-time, fully remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategies to grow audiences on YouTube, with a focus on organic growth, engagement, and content optimization. Manage and optimize social media campaigns to increase audience size, engagement, and brand presence across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook. Analyze content performance data to adjust strategies and improve reach, engagement, and conversion rates. Collaborate with content creators, marketing, and editorial teams to ensure that content is optimized for audience growth. Liaise with the sales and marketing teams to coordinate growth campaigns. Monitor industry trends and incorporate best practices into the company's digital strategy. Report regularly on key performance indicators and growth metrics, providing insights and recommendations. Qualifications: Proven experience growing social media audiences, particularly on YouTube. Strong understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and best practices. Familiarity with YouTube SEO, content optimization, and analytics. Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance and adjust strategies accordingly. Experience using analytics tools (e.g., YouTube Analytics, Google Analytics, social media insights). Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills. Creativity and a passion for engaging online communities. 3 years of experience in audience development, social media management, or digital marketing.
