About the Role
As a Communications Specialist, you will play a crucial role in enhancing Tate Inc.’s presence across multiple communication channels. Working closely with the Director of Marketing and the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for creating and distributing compelling content, managing various digital and print communications, and supporting internal and external events. Your work will ensure alignment with Tate's overall communications strategy, helping to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth.
This role requires a creative, organized individual with the ability to manage content workflows, engage with external communities, and ensure compliance with company policies. You will support key marketing activities, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and leverage marketing automation tools to enhance communications and streamline processes.
What You’ll Do
- Work closely with the Director of Marketing and Marketing Manager to develop and manage social media communications that align with Tate’s branding and business objectives.
- Create, edit, and distribute content for various formats including blogs, articles, whitepapers, video scripts, and print literature to promote Tate’s solutions and industry insights.
- Lead direct and email marketing efforts, including newsletters and targeted campaigns, ensuring content is tailored to specific audiences and driving engagement.
- Organize and manage events, including community engagement activities, internal events, speaking opportunities, and webinars. Coordinate logistics and collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure successful execution.
- Support marketing automation processes and assist in managing the content calendar to streamline communication efforts.
- Manage the distribution of content across multiple platforms, ensuring effective reach and engagement with target audiences.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support communications for internal events, ensuring alignment with business goals and fostering a positive corporate culture.
- Assist with SharePoint management, ensuring effective internal communication and document organization.
- Ensure that all communications and content distribution workflows comply with company policies and external regulations.
- Collaborate with external vendors, agencies, and freelancers as needed to deliver high-quality content and communications.
- Support community engagement initiatives, including managing events and digital campaigns to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Additional Expectations
- Remain compliant with the Code of Conduct and Policies which includes the Kingspan Group Compliance Policy.
- Ensure that all duties related to product compliance are adhered to in accordance with the Product Compliance Policy, Laws, Regulations, and market demands.
- Responsible for all tasks to achieve compliance goals and demands of the Compliance Management System.
- Must raise concerns related to the Compliance Management System to their supervisor, manager, or any member of the Leadership Team, or through the confidential whistle blower service.
What You’ll Bring
- A bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 2-4 years of relevant experience in a communications or marketing role.
- Strong writing and editing skills, with experience creating content for multiple platforms including social media, email, and print.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools, email marketing, and content management systems.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and the ability to craft compelling, brand-aligned messaging.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- A proactive attitude, with a focus on continuous improvement and attention to detail.
