RMI Surfaces is a dynamic and innovative countertop company in search of a talented HubSpot Specialist and Digital Marketing Manager. This role is pivotal in overseeing the optimization of our digital marketing strategies, with a strong emphasis on utilizing HubSpot CRM workflows. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in digital advertising, social media, and content marketing, coupled with a deep understanding of HubSpot and its capabilities.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. HubSpot CRM Management:
    • Lead the customization, implementation, and optimization of HubSpot CRM workflows.
    • Ensure seamless integration of HubSpot across various marketing functions to streamline processes.
  2. Digital Advertising:
    • Plan, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns with a focus on leveraging HubSpot features.
    • Utilize HubSpot data to enhance targeting, segmentation, and personalized ad experiences.
  3. Social Media Management:
    • Manage and curate content for social media channels, integrating HubSpot for data-driven insights.
    • Leverage HubSpot's social media tools to streamline posting schedules and monitor performance.
  4. Content Creation and Marketing:
    • Create HubSpot-centric content for various digital platforms.
    • Implement HubSpot's content marketing tools to track and analyze content performance.
  5. Email Marketing:
    • Utilize HubSpot for planning and executing email marketing campaigns, focusing on segmentation and personalization.
    • Leverage HubSpot analytics to measure the success of email campaigns and implement improvements.
  6. HubSpot Analytics and Reporting:
    • Utilize HubSpot analytics tools to track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for all digital marketing efforts.
    • Provide insights and recommendations for optimizing strategies based on HubSpot data analysis.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on digital advertising, social media, and content creation.
  • Strong proficiency in HubSpot CRM and Marketing Hub capabilities.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, and other digital marketing platforms.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with an eye for design and brand aesthetics.
