Job summary
Our client is looking for an Associate Creative Project Manager to join us in Raleigh, NC. In this role, you will work with the internal communications and creative team. You will be responsible for supporting the Creative Project Manager to manage and monitor delivery of multiple communications campaigns and projects, ensuring projects are prioritized, resourced, meet requirements, and are delivered on time. As an Associate Creative Project Manager you will develop project plans that detail communication strategy and tactic deliverables, timelines, resource requirements, and dependencies. You will partner with other project and resource managers to assess capacity of new requests across the broader team based on an understanding of all active and upcoming work.

Primary job responsibilities
Plan, schedule, manage, and ensure delivery of communications campaigns and projects
Enter jobs into project management and workflow tool and monitor/update schedules as needed
Engage with external vendors for print and materials production, managing quotes, proof approval process, and shipping/storage logistics
Prioritize work for communications consultants, writers, editors, designers, and videographers
Ensure that team resources are allocated effectively
Coordinate work of the broader team with other project and resource managers
Provide timely updates on projects to stakeholders
Escalate resource concerns and project risks to appropriate stakeholders including solution options for consideration
Serve as a subject matter expert on creative projects
Facilitate communication project kick-off, lessons learned, project updates, and the integration of work from multiple teams to deliver project success
Ensure all deliverables and commitments are met by the consultants, designers, videographers, and writers
Contribute to the enhancement and evolution of the strategic communications, creative, and resource management processes for the People team and client
Ensure documentation of all project related assets is up to date and accessible for team members
Maintain discretion and confidentiality in all areas pertaining to data and proprietary information, whether internal to client or customer specific
Use an open and collaborative approach to working with strategic partners in the client's People team and across the business

Required skills
2+ years or project management experience
Bachelor’s degree or higher
Excellent organizational skills
Experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns, whether in an agency or internal marketing team setting
Experience working with individuals in creative, technical, and business roles
Ability to work on your own, without direct oversight of work
Global mindset, demonstrated professional appearance and approach, and customer focus
Excellent communication and presentation skills
