Pay rate: This role is project-based and will have variable hours in a contract relationship.
Location: Remote, with a preference for candidates located close to Ft. Detrick in Frederick, MD, will need to visit base 1-2 times per month.

ROLE
Blueprint Creative Group (BP), as strategic planners, addresses our clients' business objectives using various methods, including business planning and transformation, brand positioning, business development, innovation, training and development, and digital modernization.
Our clients retain us to create business transformation beyond communications planning by discovering which business and marketing KPIs we can improve or impact.
To achieve this, our Company is seeking a talented Senior Graphic Designer on a contractor basis.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborating with internal and external design talent to creative requests such as infographics, posters, brochures, website materials, social media web banners, event collateral, presentation decks, and more.
- Using client photography to integrate into custom designs from client.
- Staying up to date on the latest presentation design trends to offer fresh ideas while working within the client brand guidelines.
- Working with other designers to collaborate and share files throughout the project lifecycle.
- Managing relationships with print, video, editorial and signage vendors.
- Managing print production processes and ensuring final design products meet quality standards.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 5-7 or more years of graphic design experience with multimedia formats.
- Strong design portfolio demonstrating a command of typography, color, and layout.
- Demonstrated ability to work within established brand guidelines while finding fresh and creative solutions to design problems.
- Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to create high-level work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Expertise in creating presentations (Google Slides and PPT), social graphics, and layout documents using Styles.
- Experience using project management software (Asana, JIRA, etc.).
- Experience with military graphic design is a plus.
- A keen eye for detail is imperative!
REQUIREMENTS
- InDesign
- Illustrator
- Photoshop
- PowerPoint/Google Slides
- Basic illustration skills (e.g., icons)
- Print production experience with final design products
- Bonus: Basic HTML/CSS skills or an interest in developing in this area
