About the Position
To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualities:
- Architectural Modeling: work with internal team to create detailed 3D Revit models of buildings, interiors, and landscapes.
- Rendering: produce photorealistic renders, including exteriors, interiors, and aerial views for marketing materials and client presentations that reflect the project’s vision.
- Explore use of virtual walkthroughs facilitated through Revit and plugins.
- Presentation graphics: work with project teams to create illustrative drawings, including site plans, floor plans, sections, and elevations for presentation purposes.
- Improve the visual assets of the office for web and marketing purposes.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a renderer with a portfolio to support.
- Ability to use multiple Adobe programs to reflect the design intent and vision of the project through the graphic arts.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of architectural design principles, building structures, and interior design
- 5 years minimum experience in an architecture or visualization firm.
- In person in our Santa Barbara office
Computer Skills
- Digital file management and standards
- Revit - Building Information Modeling (BIM) is a requirement
- Adobe Creative Suite
- AutoCAD
- Microsoft Office 365
- Bluebeam Revu – use of Bluebeam Studio Sessions for redlining process

Typical Working Conditions
The typical working conditions for this role involve standard office hours, Monday through Friday, with occasional flexibility based on business needs. You will be stationed at a desk in a well-equipped office space, utilizing modern technology and software to perform administrative tasks.
The role requires you to engage in regular communication with team members, clients, and external partners via phone, email, and in-person interactions. Expect a fast-paced and dynamic work environment, where you'll be handling various responsibilities simultaneously. The need for confidentiality is paramount, given the nature of managing sensitive information related to company operations and personnel.
