Director of Marketing Analytics
to lead our marketing analytics team and provide actionable insights that will shape our marketing strategies, campaigns, and customer experience initiatives.The Director of Marketing Analytics will report to our Managing Director of Data and Analytics, and will play a critical role in analyzing data, identifying trends, and making recommendations to optimize our marketing performance, customer acquisition, and lifetime value.This is a true leadership role that will work cross-functionally with marketing, product, finance, and sales teams to ensure data accuracy, enhance our reporting capabilities, and drive a culture of data-informed decision-making.Key Responsibilities:Lead and Develop Analytics Strategy:
Define and execute a marketing analytics strategy that aligns with business goals and supports data-driven decision-making across all marketing channels.Lead Scoring Model Development and Optimization:
Oversee the continuous improvement of a lead scoring model that accurately assesses lead quality and readiness, ensuring alignment with sales for more effective targeting and improved conversion rates.Customer Segmentation and Personalization:
Develop segmentation strategies that drive personalized marketing efforts, enhancing customer experiences and increasing conversion rates.Performance Tracking and Reporting:
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards to monitor campaign effectiveness, customer engagement, and ROI on marketing initiatives, providing actionable insights to the marketing leadership team.Forecasting and Budget Allocation:
Provide data-driven recommendations for budget allocation across channels, forecasting potential outcomes, and identifying areas of opportunity for cost efficiency.Competitive Analysis:
Conduct ongoing analysis of market trends, competitive activity, and consumer behavior to identify growth opportunities.Team Leadership and Development:
Manage, mentor, and grow a team of marketing analysts, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.Data Infrastructure and Tools:
Partner with engineering and data teams to improve data infrastructure, tools, and processes, ensuring data integrity, accessibility, and automation.Collaboration with Stakeholders:
Work closely with other departments to align data insights with strategic initiatives, including sales forecasting, customer journey mapping, and product development.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Statistics, Business, Economics, or a related field; Master's degree or MBA preferred.8+ years of experience in marketing analytics
or a related field, with
3+ years in a leadership role .Verifiable Experience with SQL and Python.Proven expertise in data analytics, statistical modeling, and attribution methodologies.Strong proficiency with analytics tools and data management platforms.Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.Strong business acumen and a track record of applying analytics to drive marketing strategy and impact revenue.Key Competencies:Analytical Thinking:
