Family owned for 90+ years Temporary Position Summary: As part of the Events & Marketing Operations Team, the Marketing Project Manager is responsible for driving marketing initiatives from inception to completion. Their primary goal is ensuring that projects are clearly defined, strategically triaged, appropriately resourced, and completed within time and budget parameters. Excellent organization and communication skills are required to cultivate stakeholder partnerships and ensure successful project outcomes. Do YOU Possess These Skills and Attributes? Project intake: develop and maintain processes and tools for incoming requests. Engage with stakeholders to understand request goals and impacts, and solicit required information for next steps Project assignment: work with available resources to effectively achieve the stakeholder goals by evaluating resource capacity and talents Project definition: analyze incoming requests to determine required support and resources. Strategize with marketing leadership to triage and prioritization Project team coordination: assemble and work closely with cross-functional teams, including creative, content, and project stakeholders to ensure smooth project planning and execution Clearly communicate schedules, requirements, and milestones Project scheduling: understand and analyze holistic project outcomes in order to define and schedule the tasks for required for completion. Collaborate with project management team and department leadership to balance multiple requests, individual/team capacity, required efforts, task impacts, and deadlines. Create and steward project schedules that are easily accessible and can be overlayed for complete visibility of department workload. Project progress: Drive milestones and deadlines, creating a sense of accountability among team members. Communicate progress updates, milestones, and roadblocks to stakeholders. Proactively identify potential issues and adjust plans accordingly. Project outcomes: align project deliverables with defined systems for monitoring KPIs. Track and report on outcomes to ensure results meet expectations, and respond to opportunities for optimization. Collaborate with department leadership on project outcomes to synthesize results, evaluate success, and provide recommendations for future improvements. Do YOU Meet These Requirements?
