THE WORK

Lockheed Martin is seeking an Video Media Developer to help us create photos, videos and interactive media for training products. These products include but are not limited to interactive self-paced lessons and interactive training modules. The Video Media Developer will plan, script, shoot, edit, narrate, and produce quality Micro-learning and training videos. The employee will provide on-site support for our JSF Training program and customers in Eglin, FL, to fulfill contract and organizational needs. Would work as the main point of contact for the video team and would collaborate with the Instructional Design Team, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), the Program Office and other customers to schedule shoots, establish timelines and ensure our deliveries are met on time, and ensure great quality and all efficiencies are in place to be successful. Has a strong background with leading peers through projects, delegating workload, and ensuring the team is on track with schedule and deliveries. Would work as the main point of contact for the video team and would collaborate with the Instructional Design Team, the Program Office and other customers to schedule shoots, establish timelines and ensure our deliveries are met on time, of great quality and all efficiencies are in place to be successful. Develops and produces training videos and multimedia applications. Creates engaging videos and images using DSLR cameras, studio lighting, audio recording equipment and graphical images. Proven artistic and video design skills with strong attention to detail/aesthetics Performs other duties as assigned

Basic Qualifications: Strong Video and Media experience. Proven leadership skills. Strong attention to detail/aesthetics. Experience developing training and/or training products Demonstrated ability to create or modify videos. Strong skills with the Adobe Creative Cloud Suite of tools e.g. Captivate, Premiere Pro, After Effect, Light Room, Audition, Animate, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc. Demonstrated experience with procedural and functional programming languages Desired Skills: MS or BS degree in Visual Arts, Videography, Multimedia, 3D, or related field Experience developing training products Familiarity with the F-35 program', or Department of Defense (DOD) Familiarity with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.) Experience developing training products Diverse multimedia experience, including audio, video, 2D, 3D, visual arts etc. High standards for work quality, self-motivated, able to work with minimal supervision Strong communication and interpersonal skills Security Clearance Statement:

Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. Work Schedules:

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits. Schedule for this Position:
