To execute this transformation, we need people within our Change Management Center of Expertise (CoE) who will develop and deploy Change Management and Communication expertise to support product and squad objectives and outcomes.
The Global Change & Communications Senior Analyst - Digital Products brings change management knowledge and experience collaborating with product delivery teams. You will work with a team of highly specialized experts to support the delivery of BCG's digital products across different squads. You will partner with other change managers in the change management CoE to identify, use and contribute to best practices and lessons learned.
Basic job responsibilities include:
Develop and deliver the agile change management approaches for digital products, focused on embedding the products into the business, driving adoption among our internal customers and realizing business benefits.Conduct stakeholder assessments, identifying key stakeholders and areas of focus and develop stakeholder engagement plansConduct change impact assessments, identifying risks to delivery/adoption; articulate practical and actionable mitigation activities.Develop and deliver tactical and strategic communication plans, aligned to the change management approachWrite, review, and send tactical and strategic communicationsTrack Change Management KPIs and metricsEngage with squads to understand product roadmapsProactively identify and clearly articulate upcoming change to support the roadmap.Manage stakeholder expectations while working across multiple workstreamsCollaborate with cross-functional teams, designers and vendors to facilitate change activitiesWHO WE ARE

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)
3-6 years of experience in a change management roleChange management professional certification a plusExperience operating in an Agile operating model preferredExcellent verbal and written communication. Fluency in English (writing, reading, speaking)University degree with demonstrated high academic achievement preferredConsulting experience a plus but not requiredEQUAL OPPORTUNITY
