Responsibilities:
- Maintain, integrate and implement (internal and 3rd-party) software for one or more millwork (production or scheduling) software programs and/or equipment utilized by millwork locations including Agility, Paradigm, & RFN.
- Designs and implements Millwork Configuration Software utilized by both internal and external sales associates.
- Design and support the Bill of Materials/Café logic that drives the door configuration by end users
- Work with users to support business applications and define system solutions that are consistent with business strategies and interface with existing (internal and external) processes and systems.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, user guides, and provide end-user software training.
- Requires specific knowledge of division procedures, products, policies, and programs.
- Duties may include testing new versions of division software packages, assisting with software problem research and resolution, and providing input for proposed software modifications within the area of expertise.
- Communicate at a high level with customer regarding process flow.

- Business travel is required.
Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications: College Degree, or equivalent work experience in related job function.
Preferred Qualifications: 5+ years of experience.
