We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Advertising Assistant to support the advertising team in executing campaigns across multiple channels. • Campaign Coordination: Assist in the development and execution of advertising campaigns across various platforms, including print, digital, social media, and TV/radio.
• Market Research: Conduct research on target audiences, competitors, and industry trends to provide valuable insights for campaigns.
• Data Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance, compiling reports on key metrics like engagement, conversions, and ROI.
• Administrative Support: Handle scheduling, budgeting, and invoicing related to advertising campaigns.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the creative, sales, and media buying teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.
• Client Communication: Support the team in liaising with clients, ensuring their needs are met, and maintaining positive relationships.

• Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and basic graphic design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with great attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
