Job Overview:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Advertising Assistant to support the advertising team in executing campaigns across multiple channels. The ideal candidate will be proactive, highly organized, and passionate about marketing and advertising trends.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Campaign Coordination: Assist in the development and execution of advertising campaigns across various platforms, including print, digital, social media, and TV/radio.
  • Market Research: Conduct research on target audiences, competitors, and industry trends to provide valuable insights for campaigns.
  • Data Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance, compiling reports on key metrics like engagement, conversions, and ROI.
  • Administrative Support: Handle scheduling, budgeting, and invoicing related to advertising campaigns.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the creative, sales, and media buying teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.
  • Client Communication: Support the team in liaising with clients, ensuring their needs are met, and maintaining positive relationships.
Qualifications:
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and basic graphic design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with great attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
