Job Title: Content Creator

Overview:

The Content Creator is responsible for producing compelling digital content across various platforms, including social media, websites, blogs, email, and more. This role combines creativity, storytelling, and marketing expertise to build brand awareness, engage the audience, and drive conversions. The ideal candidate is skilled in crafting multimedia content (text, images, video, and audio) and understands how to optimize it for each platform.

Key Responsibilities:


Content Creation: Develop, write, edit, and publish engaging content across multiple platforms, such as blog posts, social media, emails, and video scripts, tailored to target audiences.


Social Media Management: Create content plans and calendars; manage social media profiles by posting regular content, engaging with followers, and tracking performance.


Video & Graphic Design: Create and edit video content and graphics for campaigns, leveraging visual storytelling to communicate brand messages effectively.


Brand Consistency: Ensure all content aligns with the brand’s tone, voice, and visual identity.


SEO & Keyword Optimization: Conduct keyword research and incorporate SEO best practices to improve organic reach and search engine rankings.

Analytics & Reporting: Track content performance metrics (e.g., engagement, reach, conversions); analyze and report on content effectiveness and recommend improvements.


Research & Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date with digital trends, content tools, and competitor content strategies to identify new content opportunities.

Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, design, and sales teams to ensure cohesive content strategy and alignment with broader business goals.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field (or equivalent work experience).

Experience: Proven experience in content creation, social media management, or a similar role. Experience in digital marketing or brand-building is a plus.

Skills:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in content creation tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, video editing software).
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices and social media algorithms.
  • Basic graphic design and video editing skills.
  • Ability to interpret data and adjust strategies based on analytics.
  • Personal Attributes: Creative, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with content management systems (e.g., WordPress).

Familiarity with email marketing platforms and analytics tools.
