We are seeking a Content Marketing Manager to join the Growth team to help shape, execute and optimize our B2B content marketing strategy. This role requires a balanced blend of creative storytelling, data-driven execution, and exceptional project management skills.
The ideal candidate will have experience in developing copy, audio, and video content across multiple media channels. You’ll collaborate closely with the Director of Marketing, Marketing Operations Manager, our Internal Sales team, and other stakeholders to produce multi-format, full-funnel content that elevates our presence and demonstrates our deep branding expertise to drive traffic, engagement, and leads.
Responsibilities:
Content strategy (5%): Working closely with the Director of Marketing, contribute ideas for how to optimize the editorial calendar and expand content distribution.
Content production (50%): Own the execution of the editorial calendar to deliver full-funnel, multi-format content aligned to key industries (healthcare, financial services, technology, diversified) and buying stages. You’ll publish it across digital and social channels, which you’ll also manage. In most cases, you’ll work with internal or external stakeholders to facilitate development (e.g. blogs, podcast). Current mix includes:
Long-form blog articles, podcast episodes, monthly email newsletters, paid social campaigns, organic social (LinkedIn, Instagram), conference promo, website case studies, videos, reports, white papers, infographics, webinars
Project management (30%): Manage timelines and tactical execution of all Growth-related content, ensuring projects are efficiently moving forward through proactive communication and acute attention-to-detail.
Performance reporting (10%): Regularly monitor, interpret, and report on content performance and related KPIs to identify opportunities and learnings.
Innovation (5%): Regularly evaluate new tools, platforms, and processes to drive efficiencies and enhance content output.
Requirements:
2-3 years of content marketing experience, preferably within the B2B space.
Track record of developing and executing content that successfully engages target audiences.
Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with an eye for design. Video shooting and editing is a major plus.
Experience managing social media accounts and paid social campaigns.
Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with colleagues to facilitate content development.
Solid analytical skills with an ability or willingness to learn how to derive actionable insights from data.
Highly organized and process-driven with the ability to plan, prioritize, and work quickly under pressure. You’re able to manage your own workload and balance several projects concurrently.
A proactive, can-do attitude, always asking “what else can I be doing?” to anticipate needs and raise the bar of the Growth team.
Proficiency in WordPress and Pardot/Account Engagement is a plus.
Salary range: $60,000 - $70,000 (Denver, Colorado area)
- Final salary will be determined based on seniority, merit, geographic location, education, training and experience, and may vary from the amount listed above.
