Responsibilities
- Create a variety of paid & organic engagement through content creation
- Managing content curation, pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, performance analysis
- Develop strategies and tactics to get the word out about our company and drive qualified traffic to our front door
- Produce valuable and engaging content for our website that attracts and converts our target groups
- Consulting on marketing material, from website banners to social media posts
- Analyze consumer behavior and adjust email and advertising campaigns accordingly
- Demonstrable experience in marketing together with the potential and attitude required to learn
- Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate
- Experience in optimizing Google and Meta ads and using analytics tools such as Google Analytics
- Work with Canva or Adobe Suite is a must
- Experience with WordPress or a Social Media Management platform are a plus
- Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics and processing figures with spreadsheets
- Up-to-date with the latest trends, having a sense of aesthetics and maintaining consistent brand image, and knowledge of best practices in online marketing and measurement
- Degree in Marketing or related field
