Primary Responsibilities
Responsible for the monitoring and reporting for Crown’s digital customer touchpoints.
Establish Key Performance Indicators, monitor performance and produce reports and insights to drive optimizations.
Collaborate with other members of the Digital team to collectively identify optimization opportunities and provide recommendations to improve the online experience.
Support global campaign activity with UTM tracking and URL tagging, and produce reports to show campaign results.
Establish event tracking and manage tags to keep site optimized.
Continuously monitor site performance metrics and collaborate with IT to define requirements for site enhancements.
Manage and maintain local listings through Google My Business.
Define and monitor typical user behavior and patterns using data, A/B tests, heat maps and other tools.
Facilitate A/B tests and provide monthly reporting on results and recommendations.
Maintain work instructions and process documents.
Partner with IT, vendors, and business partners to develop project requirement documents and project plans.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Marketing Analytics or related field is required. Non-degree considered if 12+ years of related experience, along with a high school diploma or GED.
Experience with Google Analytics, Google Data Studios, Google Tag Manager, Google My Business, Power BI, SEM Rush, and Amazon Seller Central a plus.
Fluent in developing optimization strategies to deliver the best user experiences in the most technically efficient manner.
Understanding of how content, design, and user interface work together to create an optimal user experience.
Knowledge of eCommerce processes and best practices preferred.
Highly analytical individual with balance of implementation and business knowledge. Experience with Excel/spreadsheets for exporting and cleaning raw data in order to extract desired data points and graphs.
Excellent ability to communicate concepts and design rationale both verbally and in writing.
Ability to prioritize projects, work within short time frames, and meet deadlines. Proactive, flexible self-starter with strong interpersonal and team building skills.
This is a full time on-site position at our New Bremen, OH location.
