Job Description
The Production Artist and Administrative Specialist will be utilized to create communication and advertising material for Bryan Equipment Sales using various creative platforms and programs. This position will design printed and online sales brochures, point of purchase materials, website graphics and more, ensuring that all materials meet design specifications and brand guidelines. In addition, this role will perform administrative support duties such as responding to customer marketing questions via phone and email, records maintenance, program reporting, and spreadsheet creation.
General Responsibilities:
· Design and create all inter-office and outside communication pieces, promotional pieces, direct mail, etc.
· Design and maintain our Retailer Support Manual (online and print).
· Design sales program brochures.
· Design and facilitate quarterly newsletter.
· Graphic design for POP material.
· Design the Annual Report.
· Create & maintain graphics and forms for the Bryan Equipment Sales website.
· Update and maintain content and pricing on internal and external websites.
· Provide creative support for all departments.
· Organize and maintain all design files, ensuring version control and accessibility for the team.
· Execute company photography (employee headshots, event/training photography, etc.).
· Perform administrative duties for the Marketing Team.
· Provide excellent customer support by handling phone calls/emails related to marketing activities and programs.
· Coordinate monthly performance metrics and calendar for intranet.
· Point person for e-service marketing updates (PC email #1 & #2, Elite, RZ, iMow, etc.).
· Point person for PowerChord Admin questions (password resets, e-commerce setup, etc.).
· Assist with Cutting Edge News customer email process.
· Prepare reports, documents and presentations as needed (ex: Christmas banquet slideshow).
· Organize and maintain the supply closet (marketing side).
· Manage retailer/TM/end user mailings.
Skills Required:
· Degree from college or university preferred; or 4 to 6 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
· Dedicated to project ownership. Ability to see projects through from start to finish.
· Effectively manage multiple projects with diverse, firm timelines.
· Must be self-motivated, confident, decisive, and action oriented.
· High degree of interpersonal skills and excellent written and verbal communications skills.
· Detail oriented and organized. Ability to spot even the smallest errors in design, color, or layout, ensuring top-quality output.
· Ability to adapt and make quick revisions based on feedback, as well as manage last-minute changes under tight deadlines.
· Ensure all creative assets are properly formatted, resized, and ready for print, web, and other digital platforms.
· Check designs for consistency, accuracy, and alignment with brand guidelines, ensuring high production quality and attention to detail.
· Prepare and package files for print, ensuring all color profiles, bleeds, and technical specifications are correct for high-quality output.
· Prepare digital assets, ensuring proper resolution, file size, and format.
· Photography skills preferred.
· Expertise with Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.
· Proficient with Microsoft suite: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access.
