Print Production Artist Job at Arrowmac in San Clemente

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Print Production Artist to join our client's dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in bringing our creative visions to life by ensuring the flawless execution of print materials for our high-end hospitality brand.

Responsibilities:

Pre-Press Production:

• Prepare and assemble print-ready files, including brochures, menus, signage, and marketing collateral.
• Optimize images for print, ensuring color accuracy and resolution.
• Create and manage print production schedules to meet tight deadlines.

Proofreading and Quality Assurance:

• Conduct thorough proofreading of all print materials to identify and correct errors.
• Collaborate with designers and copywriters to maintain brand consistency.
• Oversee the printing process, working closely with printers to ensure high-quality output.

File Management:

• Organize and maintain a comprehensive digital asset library.
• Archive project files for future reference.

Technical Expertise:

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Strong understanding of print production processes, including color theory, paper stocks, and printing techniques.
• Knowledge of pre-press and post-press production.

Requirements:

• 3 - 5+ years of production experience
• High-end, refined portfolios
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
• Dropbox experience preferred
