Roles & Responsibilities:
- Document current manufacturing operations .
- Document hidden factory capture.
- Perform time studies for production lines.
- Review, create, and update electronic manufacturing work instructions for related manufacturing processes.
- Update inspection-related instructions to adhere to current processes.
Work Experience
Required Skills (Technical Competency):
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
- 1-3 years minimum of relevant experience.
- Manufacturing experience required.
- Exhibits successful ability with indirect leadership of diverse teams deploying complex processes.
- Displays strong analytical skills including data query writing and development.
- Must be a US Citizen due to contractual requirements.
Desired Skills:
- Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering experience a plus.
- Previous experience with electro-mechanical products preferred.
- Previous experience with documenting manufacturing processes preferred.
- Proficient with GD&T concepts.
- Demonstrated capacity to meet aggressive deadlines while achieving excellent business results.
- Shows very strong written and oral communication skills to all stakeholders.
- Established ability to manage multiple complex projects at once.
- Experience working in multicultural environments and with others of diverse backgrounds preferred.
Physical Requirements & Work Environment:
- Mostly Shop Floor Environments with more than half the day spent standing/walking. Occasional office involvement.
- Substantial amounts of computer work.
- Heavily Regulated Industries with strict adherence to procedures.
- Flexibility to meet business deadlines by staying late or arriving early.
- Typical 8 hour days plus lunch / 40 hour weeks / core (required) hours are 9 AM to 4 PM
- Ability to use personal transportation to visit customer locations.
- Due to the nature of the work, all candidates must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident.
