Position Overview:

The Internal Communications Director will lead the strategy, execution, and continuous improvement of internal communications to engage, inform, and inspire our global teams.

Cellebrite's Internal Communications Director will be a strategic partner, advising on communications best practices and ensuring our company mission, business objectives, values and vision are consistently conveyed. The Internal Communications Director will promote dialogue between leadership and employees, ensuring transparent, timely, and effective communication across all levels and locations, fostering collaboration across teams.

The Internal Communication Director will report to the Chief People Officer and be a member of Cellebrite's HR team.






Responsibilities:

Strategy and leadership

  • Execute Cellebrite's global internal communications strategy, supporting our accelerated business momentum and organizational growth.
  • Enhance leadership visibility and accessibility by initiating and managing communication opportunities & routines
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to develop and execute communication plans

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with colleagues within HR and with other interfaces including Marketing, IR, PR to ensure consistent communication and messaging across Cellebrite, ensuring internal and external messaging are aligned

Content development and messaging

  • Create and deliver high-quality content. Craft clear, compelling, and consistent messaging that resonates with diverse employee groups across Cellebrite's various geographies and teams.
  • Ensure alignment of messaging across all channels, promoting transparency and trust between leadership and employees.

Communication channels and tools

  • Lead the continuous improvement and innovation of communication platforms, maintaining existing ones and introducing new tools that address the evolving needs of Cellebrite's managers and employees
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in internal communications and implement best practices across the organization





Requirements:

  • Proven experience in leading internal communications within a public global organization, ideally in the high-tech or related industry - Must
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Communications, HR, Organizational Consulting or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus
  • Experience working within an HR organization, understanding HR processes, and aligning internal communication strategies with HR objectives
  • Strong understanding of communication best practices, change management, and employee engagement strategies
  • A native English speaker with exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas simply and engagingly - Must
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and stakeholders in a fast-paced, dynamic and intense environment.
  • Experience managing communication tools and platforms, with a strong understanding of digital communication trends
  • High emotional intelligence, cultural sensitivity, and the ability to connect with diverse audiences across different regions and backgrounds.
  • Ability to think strategically while also being detail-oriented and hands-on when needed.
