Location: Stapleton, Denver (Hybrid, 4 days onsite)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and creative Social Media Content Creator & Influencer to join our team in the Stapleton area of Denver. This hybrid role will require you to be onsite 4 days a week, collaborating with our marketing and creative teams to produce engaging content that aligns with our brand’s voice. As a long-term contract-to-hire position, this role offers the opportunity to grow with us, leveraging your content creation skills and influencer expertise to drive social engagement and brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and curate high-quality, engaging content (photos, videos, stories, and more) across multiple social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, etc.).
- Act as a brand ambassador and influencer, representing the company through authentic and impactful social media presence.
- Develop, execute, and manage content calendars, ensuring timely delivery of social media posts that resonate with our target audience.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm content ideas, strategies, and campaigns that align with brand messaging and marketing goals.
- Monitor social media trends, tools, and platform updates to keep the brand relevant and forward-thinking.
- Engage with online communities, responding to comments and messages, and fostering a strong connection with followers.
- Track and report on social media performance metrics to refine content strategies and optimize audience engagement.
- Stay up-to-date with influencer marketing strategies and be able to identify potential influencer partnerships that align with our brand values.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a social media content creator or influencer with a strong portfolio of content across various platforms.
- Expertise in photography, video editing, and graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Final Cut Pro, etc.).
- Deep understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and best practices for audience growth and engagement.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a team-oriented mindset.
- Experience using social media analytics tools to track performance and adjust strategies.
- Strong personal social media presence is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with social media advertising and influencer marketing strategies.
- Experience working in industries such as lifestyle, travel and comfortable being on camera
- Ability to adapt brand tone and messaging for various social platforms.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field, or equivalent experience.
