We are offering an opportunity for an Associate Creative Director based in Irvine, California, for a long-term contract role. The successful candidate will be instrumental in our fast-paced, dynamic environment, primarily focusing on strategy and performance marketing. You will be expected to lead with empathy during significant organizational changes and demonstrate a strong creative and conceptual vision for content creation, interactive design, social media, and digital/video campaigns.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute innovative strategies for big brand experiences.
• Lead teams through significant changes in the company with empathy and understanding.
• Leverage extensive knowledge and experience in various industries such as automotive, motorsports, premium CPG, Men’s Fashion, Energy drinks, and technology.
• Exhibit a strong creative and conceptual vision for content creation, interactive design, social media, and digital/video campaigns.
• Produce pitch decks from scratch, focusing on strong storytelling, stunning aesthetics, and simplicity.
• Demonstrate proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, and CRM.
• Showcase skills in advertisements, art direction, brand awareness, and campaign planning.
• Exhibit expertise in collateral management and automatic call distribution.
• Maintain a self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented approach to work.
• Engage in continuous learning and development within the role and industry.• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Adobe Illustrator and Adobe InDesign
• Experience with Automatic Call Distribution (ACD) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
• Demonstrated ability to create compelling advertisements
• Strong background in art direction, with the capacity to guide and inspire a creative team
• Experience in building and maintaining brand awareness
• Proven skills in campaign planning and execution
• Ability to manage collateral materials to support marketing campaigns
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills
• Strong conceptual thinking, with the ability to bring fresh and innovative ideas to the team
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
• Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and project management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Advertising, or a related field is preferred.
