Title: Coordinator, Creative Strategy
Location: Hybrid - Monday-Thurs Onsite in Santa Monica, Fridays Remote
Schedule: 9-6 PST
Type: Contract; 2 Months to Start, Great Chance to Extend
Our client, a leading global music company, is seeking a talented Coordinator. This individual will support their creative strategy and content team on planning and administrative duties including marketing campaigns/execution, processing requests for assets, database management, and research for projects. An understanding of marketing tactics and strategy in the digital space would be a huge plus.
Responsibilities:
- Support the Creative Strategy & Content team administratively.
- Develop a database of creative resources by researching, contacting, and onboarding 3rd party creative vendors.
- Manage purchase orders and code invoices.
- Maintain and organize a database of creative resources.
- Create and proofread concept pitching and recap presentations.
- Assist in the organization and updating tools like Monday.com, Box, & other platforms.
- Coordinate video production efforts, including communicating with finance and legal, scheduling shoots, liaising with videographers and editors, and sharing links to approved creative assets.
- Support the VP of Creative Strategy & Content with research and identification of innovative companies to partner with in support of the music catalog.
Requirements:

- Familiar with digital marketing platforms and tactics.
- Interest in digital trends and marketing technology.
- Organized with great attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong time-management skills.
- Ability to multitask, comfortable juggling many tasks at once.
- Natural collaborator & team player.
- 1-2 years of experience in marketing.
