Position SummaryWe're looking for an experienced Design & Development Lead to boost team collaboration and elevate project delivery. This role combines strategic oversight with hands-on support, helping streamline workflows, maintain high quality, and align projects with business goals. Team Leadership:
Mentor and support team members, promoting skill growth and a collaborative culture.Support new team members through onboarding, helping them transition smoothly into the team.Continuously improve team processes, workflows, and tools to enhance productivity and efficiency.Project Support:
Collaborate on critical design and development tasks, especially during busy periods, to keep projects on track.Maintain quality standards across all deliverables, including websites, social media assets, and marketing materials.Ensure brand consistency across projects by aligning design and development with client and business objectives.Strategic Oversight:
Champion brand strategy through style guides and brand guidelines.Coordinate project goals with overall company objectives, bridging design, development, and marketing.Foster innovation by staying current with trends and encouraging fresh, creative ideas.Technical Leadership:
Maintain website stability through updates, troubleshooting, and quality assurance processes.Oversee tools and resources, such as software and plugins, to ensure smooth team operations.Promote best practices in QA, providing training to maintain high standards.End-to-End Project Leadership:
Lead projects through planning, design, development, testing, and deployment for cohesive execution.Guide deployment and technical practices, supporting team members during launches.Take a leadership role in the development lifecycle, ensuring projects meet business goals and deliver success.This role offers a clear growth path toward management as you drive collaboration, refine processes, and support high-quality outcomes.
What We're Looking For
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Design, Project Management, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.Relevant certifications (e.g., Scrum Master/PMP, UX/UI, AI).Minimum of 2 years of agency experience.Technical Proficiency:

Responses are then reviewed by the hiring manager, and interviewees are selected based on responses.Phone Interview - Typically conducted by our CXO, this phone interview is a 15-20 minute phone conversation where we look to learn more about you, your background, and what you're looking for in your next role.Zoom Interview - The hiring manager and a member of our leadership team will meet with you via Zoom for 30 minutes, and you will be asked more in-depth and sometimes technical questions to determine your fit for the precise opening on the team based on current needs.Second Zoom Interview - Except in rare circumstances, this is the final round of interviews. This round is conducted over Zoom by a member of our leadership team and is designed to determine the best fit of any remaining candidates for the position.
