What You'll Do as a Community Manager:
Perform property inspections on a routine basis to ensure the visual appeal of the property and to maintain hazard-free conditions.Prepare, execute, and monitor the operating budget.Hire, train, motivate, and supervise all on-site staff.Ensure that collection procedures are followed, and court papers are filed correctly and on-time when necessary.Coordinate with maintenance and make-ready staff to ensure timely recondition of apartments after move-out.Ensure that all rents are collected when due and posted on time. Make sure that all bank deposits are made immediately, and deposits are reported to the corporate office dailyEXCEL

Requirements
Licenses and Certifications:
A valid driver's license.
Experience:
One to three years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience and other certifications/licenses as required by local jurisdictions.
