Digital Marketing Sales Manager

We're looking for a dynamic Digital Marketing Sales Manager to lead our brand growth across digital sales channels, drive e-commerce performance by creatively, visually, merchandising our products across Social Media and Ecommerce platforms. The ideal candidate will have a passion for social media, an eye for creative direction, and a proven ability to drive results in e-commerce.

Responsibilities:TikTok Shop & Affiliate MarketingDevelop and manage current TikTok Shops while onboarding new shops for our additional brands. Recruit and engage affiliates to drive TikTok Shop sales.

DTC Sales and Ad ManagementAct as the primary point of contact with our 3rd party advertising agency, strategizing, providing feedback, and approving assets that align with brand guidelines to drive growth on Google and Meta platforms.

Social MediaDevelop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with brand goals, managing content creation and engagement across platforms.

Ecommerce Content Direction and ApprovalsCollaborate with studio, graphics, marketing, and sales teams to create e-commerce visuals and graphics that optimize engagement and sales for all new arrivals. Maintain a cohesive brand image with creative vision and excellent communication.

Requirements:

Creative, confident, self-motivated, eager to learn and ready to make an impactStrong e-commerce, digital marketing, and technical skills.Los Angeles based, in-office M-F, office located 9 miles East of downtown Los AngelesBachelor's degree, or equivalent work experienceBranding and Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) experience, especially in digital channelsExcellent written/verbal communication skills; strong presentation skills.Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, with strong multitasking skills
