The Associate Director (A.D.) of Brand Marketing will work collaboratively within the Kiniksa Marketing Team to develop, execute, and pull through critical unbranded and branded tactics within the ARCALYST brand plan. This role is a great opportunity to contribute to a broad range of projects as it will cross HCP, patient, and digital marketing initiatives.
The A.D. of brand marketing will be working directly with the HCP, patient, and digital marketing directors to support the development and execution of key tactics across personal and non-personal channels. The successful candidate must be a proactive self-starter who is highly motivated and execution-focused with an ability and desire to work in fast-paced, action-oriented environment. Because this role is intentionally broad, the candidate will also need to be a "jack of all trades" who is comfortable contributing across all areas of the marketing and marketing operations function. Being able to solve problems while working in a fluid position that pivots with changing priorities will be critical to being successful in this role. Responsibilities (including, but not limited to):Content creation and management of HCP and patient CRM campaignsLead development and execution of peer-to-peer strategy including content creation and program developmentDevelop and lead the marketing congress strategy including booth content and associated promotions and sponsorshipsOwn the content development and maintenance for the ARCALYST branded and unbranded websitesManage agency partners and vendors, creation of marketing materials, materials reviews and budget adherenceDrive development and approval of all marketing materials through the medical, regulatory, legal review process and integrate feedback accordingly to ensure compliant executionCollaboration among multiple cross functional teams across KiniksaManage timelines, budgets, and resources to commercial and corporate objectivesQualifications:
Requires a bachelor's degree with 3+ years of biopharmaceutical marketing experience (HCP, patient, and/or digital focus)Specialty or rare disease experience is preferredStrong organizational, process, and project management skillsDemonstrated track record to independently drive projects to completionAbility to work cross-functionally and influence without authorityIntense curiosity, collaborative spirit, empathy, and pension for problem solvingAbility to champion change and drive innovative thinkingWorking knowledge of compliant and ethical business practicesStrong background in collaborating with internal and external stakeholdersPossesses characteristics that exemplify drive, passion and focus that will translate into significant contributions towards building a global generational company focused on Kiniksa's patients and customersSalary is commensurate with experienceKiniksa Benefits Summary - USA
