As a Sr UX Designer, you will help drive both short- and long-term vision and execution for internal tooling to enable better deals. You will work as part of a larger product team to deliver cohesive solutions to internal users.
Responsibilities:Understanding the problem space and partnering with engineers, PM and business stakeholders to solve problems and deliver value.Champion user needs -
Conduct user research and collaborate closely with PM, engineers and business stakeholders to define product requirements and designs.Gain and leverage a deep understanding of our users to transform research insights into concepts that drive product changes.Drive long-term opportunities -
Inspire vision for product experiences to support business workflows in the most cohesive and assistive ways, helping to shape product strategy for Global Partnerships tooling.Drive impact by defining measurable success metrics aligned to business need.Influence design -
Develop high-quality hero journeys to effectively articulate user workflows and communicate big ideas. Prioritize product roadmap whilst balancing business priorities, technical cost and product strategy.Collaborate -
Work closely with xFN leads in UX, ENG, PM, GPL and partners in the Business org, to define big bets grounded on user-centric frameworks.Experience:
BA/BS degree in User Experience Design, Interaction Design, Psychology, related field or equivalent practical experience.5+ years experience delivering end-to-end user experience designs.Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skillsExperience providing consumer-grade experiences for enterprise-grade services.Ability to deliver high quality designs that demonstrate appropriate use of information density and hierarchyAbility to balance user needs and business goals-must be a strong advocate for the user while aligning with the strategic direction of the businessStrong collaboration and presentation skills and ability to communicate design rationale to high-level stakeholdersGreat listener and the ability to think outside the box.Prototyping experience is a strong plusUser research experience is a strong plus
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $53.78 to $59.76 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
