We are looking for a remarkable DTC Affiliate Manager for three of our consumer brands - Pure Enrichment, Bentgo, and Verilux. The ideal candidate will have strong Affiliate Marketing expertise managing, growing & optimizing affiliate initiatives. Experience in developing & nurturing affiliate relationships as well as leading marketing strategies to drive affiliate revenue growth is required. This role requires creative & analytical skills, effective written and verbal communication, exceptional attention to detail, project management and multitasking abilities, as well as a hands-on approach within our fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute affiliate marketing strategies to drive growth, revenue, and brand awarenessIdentify and recruit new affiliate partners to expand the networkCultivate successful, long-term relationships with new & existing affiliates, influencers and media partners to optimize performanceServe as the main point of contact for all affiliate marketing partners, resolving issues and providing ongoing updates & supportManage affiliate program's budget, commission structures, fees, paid placements and agreements with affiliate partnersMonitor affiliate key performance metrics, analyze data and create reports to track ROI and to make strategic decisionsOptimize affiliate campaigns to increase traffic, conversions and improve resultsCommunicate program updates, promotions, and other key information to affiliates regularlyNegotiate contracts and commission structures with affiliates to maximize revenue potentialCollaborate with the DTC, content and creative teams to produce high-quality marketing materials and assets for affiliatesCollaborate with social media and PR teams to onboard new affiliate partners and to ensure all channels work synergisticallyStay up-to-date with competitor activities, industry trends and best practices to stay ahead of the market and identify new opportunitiesEnsure all affiliate activities comply with legal guidelines and affiliate program policiesRequirements & Qualifications:
4+ years of experience managing affiliate marketing programs for premium DTC brands4+ years of experience with ShareASale, managing affiliates, PR editors, media partners, influencers etc.Proven track record of managing, improving and growing affiliate programs profitablyProficiency in affiliate networks (i.e ShareASale, Rakuten etc.)Proficiency in affiliate tracking software and other analytics toolsExperience with other affiliate marketing platforms (i.e AWIN, CJ Affiliate etc.) is helpful, but not requiredExperience with Shopify and Shopify Collabs is helpful, but not requiredExperience with project management systems like Asana is helpful, but not requiredAbility to work independently and as part of a teamData-driven mindset with strong analytical skills to optimize campaign performanceDynamic, motivated and ready to take full ownership of the affiliate marketingExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a strong desire to learn and grow
Salary:
$75,000 - $80,000
Actual base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the following considerations: job-related knowledge and skills, education, and relevant job & industry experience.
This position is a full-time salary position with benefits eligibility and reports to the Director of DTC E-Commerce. Local and remote candidates will be considered. Remote candidate must be willing to work West Coast hours. Local candidate to work a hybrid schedule in our Santa Ana, CA office (currently in-office on Tuesday and working from home Monday, Wednesday-Friday, but subject to change).
