DRYmedic® Restoration Services is a team of experienced disaster restoration professionals. With over 20 years in reconstruction, we know how devastating being displaced from your home can be. We work as efficiently as possible to get our client's property back to its pre-loss condition, without the red tape. Our team will work with the insurance adjuster to ensure the claim is filed properly and accurately. We will ensure the project stays on time and on budget by communicating with the client every step of the way.

DRYmedic® Restoration Services is currently in search of a diligent and dedicated Contents Restoration Foreman to become an integral part of our team.
Responsibilities
Manages Lead Technician on siteEvaluate personal property at loss siteEnforce safety protocols and ensure all techs on job site comply (PPE etc.)Assign and supervise Lead Technicians, Technicians and CrewCreate game plan for the Pack Out and direct technicians during Pack Out with Lead Technicians assistanceCommunicate with homeowner the Pack Out/Pack Back ProductionCommunicate what items are considered a Total LossProper communication of details on job site daily by utilizing notes in DASHSelf-perform assigned tasks specific to job productionCompetency in evaluating contents for damage, and determining whether the items are salvageable or notNotating what happens on site, if damage was incurred, or conversations with the homeownerComplete 'Authorization to Dispose' form to present to homeowner before content disposal and obtain a signature and non-complianceProper communication and completion of details on job site daily by utilizing notes in DASHCompletes compliance and job tasks in DASHProperly load and label photos in DASHTake production photosMonitor onsite job progress/Oversees multiple sites and check up on Lead TechniciansDocument production progress and Pack Out/Pack Back completion photosTeach/Assist Technicians in Pack Out/Pack Back production: evaluating and documenting contents as replace/clean/storage, loading/unloading trucks, cleaning/stocking vehiclesAssists in performance management discussion and training for all Lead Technicians and TechniciansCollects hours/material sheets and checks Lead Technicians paperworkCheck over production, behavior, documentation, and stocking of teamPromotes teamwork and efficiencyQualifications
Must have Valid Drivers' LicenseMust pass background checkMust have reliable transportation to officeAble to lift a minimum of 50 lbsFrequent walking, standing, bending, and twistingUse Email and other softwareClean shave face for use of respirator per OSHA regulationsWorking in a team environmentWorking in tight or confined spaces
Pay range:
$22.00 - $28.00 per hour with bonus based on performance
Compensation: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
