About the Role

The Company is seeking a Senior Partner for Advertising Sales with a focus on the Food business. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing high-level marketing relationships, driving revenue through the negotiation and optimization of complex opportunities with strategic clients, and providing holistic marketing solutions. This role requires a proven track record in both online and traditional marketing, the ability to influence executive-level customers, and a strong background in digital and omni-performance advertising sales. The Senior Partner will work closely with an Account Manager and other sales counterparts to meet and exceed sales quotas, contribute to team goals, and serve as an industry thought leader in creative and digital advertising.Applicants must have at least 7 years of experience in marketing, brand advertising, performance marketing, e-commerce sales, or related fields, with a strong emphasis on consultative sales and a history of exceeding revenue goals. The role demands excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to manage client accounts and work with C-level clients. A background in a fast-paced startup, sales, or online advertising environment is preferred. The ideal candidate will be a strategic advisor, have a strong understanding of consumer behavior, and be adept at using technology to execute and explain complex marketing solutions. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field is required, with a preference for a Master's degree.
