Marcom is the creatively-led global team that oversees Apples consumer facing marketing. In this role you will work as part of a creative team dedicated to producing highly refined, extraordinary animations of all Apple products that will be used in global marketing materials. In your day-to-day you will partner with the Interactive and Design team creatives to execute best in class animation deliverables.
**Description**
In this role you will be responsible for collaborating closely with different groups within Apple to create world class Computer Graphics (CG) and Visual Effects (VFX). You must have a passion for creative work and a love for CG animation. RESPONSIBILITIES: Produce shots from start to finish, including; layout, animation, and compositing. Be comfortable leading a team of artists and collaborating closely with stakeholders. Work primarily in Maya, V-Ray and Nuke, and additionally at times other 3D softwares including Houdini, After Effects, and Adobe Premiere. Deliver projects within small animation team under tight deadlines, ensuring attention to detail, high standards of quality, and strong communication.
**Minimum Qualifications**
+ Experience working in advertising, marketing and/or design environment
+ Industry knowledge of hardware shape and form in 3D
+ Must have experience in Maya and Nuke.

**Preferred Qualifications**
+ 10+ years of experience in a 3D computer graphics
+ BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
+ Deep understanding of light behavior on real-world materials, surface finishes and colors
+ On set experience collecting data required for VFX
+ Knowledge of Photography/Cameras
+ Broadcast and web experience is a plus, as well as experience with photographic cameras and lenses

+ At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $143,900 and $269,100, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apples discretionary employee stock programs.
