Job Description: As an Expert Onboarding & Community Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in onboarding new experts, helping them establish a successful presence on the platform, and managing ongoing relationships to foster engagement and growth. You will be responsible for guiding experts through their profile setup, launching their presence on social media, and encouraging a sustained community of activity and interaction.Key Responsibilities:Onboarding & Profile Completion : Guide new experts through the signup and onboarding process, ensuring profiles are complete and optimized for a successful launch.Social Media Launch Coordination : Coordinate with experts to develop and schedule social media announcements, and draft compelling social media assets to maximize engagement and visibility.Community Engagement & Relationship Management : Maintain and strengthen relationships with experts by encouraging additional social posts and nurturing a community of engagement.Identify opportunities for experts to refer other key individuals to the platform, supporting organic growth and quality referrals.Qualifications:2+ years of experience in community management, social media, or a customer success role, preferably within a tech or online platform environment.Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a knack for building and maintaining relationships.Experience coordinating social media content and engagement strategies.Goal oriented with a track record of exceeding targets.Familiarity with CRM software and willingness to build processes.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.High degree of adaptability.Ability to work in the office 3 days per week (tbd/potential to increase to 4 days in 2024).#J-18808-Ljbffr
