Our client in the communication and company relations industry is seeking a Digital Content Production Specialist to join their team. As a Digital Content Production Specialist, you will be part of the Reputation, Content and Channels group within the Global Communications & Brand team supporting business users from multiple business units and internal groups from within the company's Global Services group. The ideal candidate will have strong technical content management skills, excellent customer service practices, and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver compelling experiences that increase brand awareness and favorability to all audiences.

What's the Job?
Manage content for enterprise business users using Simpplr intranet content management system (CMS) and related tools/technologies.
Serve as a technical Subject Matter Expert (role) in the Content Manager, Site Manager, and System Administrator functions for Simpplr CMS.
Author user guides and create user support training resources for the CMS including interactions with digital asset management (DAM) system, helping to communicate workflows and project specific activities to support business user-level familiarization and training efforts.
Publishing content on the screens, via the Bright Sign or Scala networks.
Support corporate community and public relations events and opportunities as needed.
What's Needed?
Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.) from 4-year college or university
8+ years related experience and/or training
Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
Excellent project-management skills and attention to detail
Experience with Simpplr content management system (CMS) ideal
