About the Role
The Company is seeking a Global Head of Brand and Content to spearhead the development and execution of a comprehensive brand strategy that is in line with the firm's business and commercial growth objectives. The successful candidate will be responsible for brand strategy and management, ensuring cohesive messaging and branding across all internal and external touchpoints. This role involves overseeing content creation and management, from ideation to execution, and requires a deep understanding of content tailored to different target audiences. The Global Head of Brand and Content will also be tasked with omnichannel storytelling, using market and audience insights to inform brand positioning, and optimizing content for SEO and SEM. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an advanced degree preferred, and a minimum of 10 years' experience in brand and content strategy, preferably within the asset management or financial services industry. The role demands a proven track record in building and scaling brand and design systems, as well as expertise in managing content strategies across various platforms. The ideal candidate will be highly collaborative, possess excellent communication skills, and demonstrate the ability to lead a global team of content creators and brand specialists. Agility in project management, a strong sense of intellectual curiosity, and the ability to inspire creative teams are also essential.
