Job Summary:

The Regional Creative Manager is responsible for overseeing the execution and delivery of creative projects within a designated region or focus area, ensuring all creative work aligns with Jeeter's brand vision and strategic goals. This role manages the daily operations of the creative team, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet high-quality standards. The Regional Creative Manager collaborates closely with the Creative Director, project managers, and other key stakeholders to ensure consistency in brand representation and visual storytelling across all projects.


Duties/Responsibilities:

Creative Project Management:

  • Oversee the day-to-day management of the creative team, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality creative projects.
  • Collaborate with the Creative Director and other stakeholders to align creative work with Jeeter's overall brand strategy and marketing goals.
  • Ensure consistency in brand representation and visual storytelling across all creative projects, maintaining the integrity of Jeeter's brand identity.
  • Monitor project progress, budgets, and resource allocation, making necessary adjustments to optimize workflow and maintain project efficiency.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the creative team and other departments, ensuring that creative deliverables meet the expectations of project managers, marketing teams, and senior leadership.
  • Provide clear direction and feedback to the creative team, fostering an environment of collaboration and innovation.

Team Leadership & Development:

  • Manage and mentor a creative team, providing guidance on project execution, creative processes, and brand consistency.
  • Conduct regular team check-ins, ensuring that team members are supported and equipped to meet project demands.
  • Identify opportunities for professional development within the team, encouraging growth in both technical and leadership skills.
  • Lead brainstorming sessions, encouraging creative collaboration to generate fresh ideas and innovative solutions.

Process Optimization & Tools:

  • Implement and optimize project management tools such as Asana to track project progress, manage workflows, and provide real-time updates on project status.
  • Continuously assess creative processes and identify areas for improvement, streamlining operations to increase productivity and reduce bottlenecks.
  • Ensure all projects follow established protocols for budgeting, timelines, and resource management.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • 5+ years of experience in creative management, with a demonstrated ability to manage creative teams and oversee project execution.
  • Proven experience in maintaining brand standards and ensuring consistency in visual storytelling across multiple projects.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and processes, with experience implementing tools to optimize team performance.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
  • Deep understanding of creative processes, including design, branding, and digital content creation.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment, managing multiple projects with tight deadlines.
  • May require occasional travel for project meetings or team collaborations.
