Demonstrates a strong understanding and previous experience working with campaigns across various digital marketing channels such as Google/Bing Paid search, Facebook/social media, YouTube, and Display/Awareness, including their implementation, management, and optimization. Additionally, understands success metrics within each medium and how they correlate to business goals.• Demonstrates strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide business recommendations based on results. Has experience analyzing high-level data and can support the development of an actionable and accurate report, in a consistent and repeatable format.• Demonstrates strong numerical and grammatical attention to detail.• Demonstrates proficiency and intermediate knowledge of PowerBi and/or Excel Prior use of Salesforce or Marketo and/or other CRMs is required.• Understands ABM focused campaign creation and management.• Understands customer segmentation and personalization utilizing persona or customer types.• Has previous experience working with external vendors/agencies and has a developed ability to build and nurture these types of relationships.
