Our client, a Fortune 500 company specializing in wireless communications infrastructure, is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Sr. Manager of Marketing Project Operations to enhance their Internal Communications department. This is a temp to perm or straight perm role and is hybrid in Boca Raton.
Responsibilities:
Oversee project management processes within the Internal Communications team, utilizing proprietary project management tools.Manage a wide range of projects, from quick turnarounds to comprehensive website developments, while clearly defining project requirements and timelines.Collaborate with marketing vendors to produce branded materials and handle inventory management and billing for these projects.Maintain a thorough understanding of project timelines, especially concerning press deadlines and production schedules.Work closely with team members to assess project needs, allocate resources, and ensure successful execution of marketing initiatives.Promote a professional and drama-free work environment, leading by example with a balanced and organized approach.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 10 years of experience in project management within an Internal Marketing Communications department of a professional organization (agency experience is not applicable).A solid background in marketing and communications.PMI Certification is highly desirable.Outstanding attention to detail and organizational capabilities.Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to tight deadlines.Strong interpersonal skills with a commitment to professionalism and teamwork.Comprehensive understanding of production processes and the timelines associated with various project types, from press releases to large-scale website builds.
