10+ years of experience post bachelor’s degree, or 15+ years of applicable experience without BA/BS

Experience managing a small team of direct reports

Strong communication skills with demonstrated ability to create compelling marketing and sales collateral including writing copy

An “ownership” mindset where you feel responsible for the overall quality of your team’s output

Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines

Experience working in the automotive industry and demonstrated familiarity with related trends and dynamics

This role is based in San Jose, California.

Must have United States work authorization

onsemi is excited to share the base salary range for this position is $146,240.00 - $263,000.00 exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses. The final pay rate for the successful candidate will depend on geographic location, skills, education, experience, and/or consideration of internal equity of our current team members. Primary Responsibilities

Business Development and Revenue Management

Lead customer engagement for top opportunities – driving strategic and tactical action to track and close opportunities working closely with Sales and Product Management

Overall funnel management – tracking and driving actions to deliver funnel performance metric at the division level

Quarterly and Annual revenue management – working with the supply/demand team on near-term and long-term revenue forecasting and planning to drive key actions to meet revenue and margin targets

Bring the Voice of the Customer into long-term roadmap planning

Partner with the Product Management and Ecosystem Engagement teams to bring market and customer insights into the long-term roadmap planning

Champion the business case for key products and innovations inspired by customer requests/requirements

Outbound marketing, industry events/tradeshows, and go-to-market activities

Drive the overall planning for events, including annual target list and plan-of-record for each event and work with the corporate marketing staff to plan and execute events whether division only or part of a larger corporate-driven event

Partner with product management team to create engaging sales and marketing collateral to communicate core value propositions and application-driven differentiation from the product management and ecosystem engagement teams
