We’re looking for a
Product Marketing & Sales Enablement Sr. Manager
to join our Product Marketing team. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing, executing and measuring Sales enablement programs in service of Sales-assisted revenue performance and drive business growth. This role will report to Product Marketing and partner closely with the broader Product Marketing team as well as Global Sales, Customer Success and Onboarding teams to ensure that we champion these teams' success. The ideal candidate has experience in enablement, Product Marketing, B2B marketing and a strong ability to create value-based selling enablement materials and strong partnerships with our internal stakeholders.
Location / Work Type:
We would like this role to be hybrid (remote + in office at least 2 days/week) in either our NYC or Atlanta office.
What you'll bring
Compelling communicator: create messaging and enablement assets that resonate with the audience through persuasive language, storytelling, and a customer-centric approach to help advance the sales process.
Analytical: Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills.
BA/BS degree in business or marketing or relevant certifications in Product Marketing, Content Marketing, or Enablement.
Prior experience in product marketing roles with a focus on B2B content creation to support the enablement of global and regional sales teams.
How you will lead
Work cross-functionally with product marketing, sales, global training and other key stakeholders to ensure our sales professionals and broader commercial teams are equipped with the necessary resources to drive successful customer engagement and increase revenue.
Create compelling, value-driven stories and translate them into enablement assets, such as pitch decks, one-pagers, demo narratives, for our commercial teams.
Ability to create externally-facing assets leveraging commercial insights, claims, customer stories, value props, that support regional sales team’s needs.
Produce and maintain a library of email templates to support outbound sellers and increase productivity.
Collaborate with product marketing on Go-To-Market and sales readiness efforts such as product launches and campaigns.
Own key sales communications and updates, particularly the internal-facing newsletter, updates via Slack, etc.
Drive a culture that celebrates sales successes by highlighting sales wins internally and calling out best practices.
Salary:
New York $120,000 - $162,500
