Partnership Manager

to join our team, where you’ll be instrumental in expanding our network and enhancing our offerings through strategic partnerships. In this role, you’ll manage existing relationships, develop new partnerships, and oversee the integration and execution of partnership strategies including affiliate marketing agency.Ideal candidates will have a proven track record in partnership management within consumer products (wellness, beauty, healthcare preferable), exceptional negotiation skills, and a keen commercial awareness to identify and develop opportunities into successful collaborations.This is an exceptional opportunity to join one of the fastest growing women’s healthcare companies in the US and own a channel that is expected to be a major part of their growth.ResponsibilitiesAffiliate marketing partners management: oversee recruiting of new affiliates, manage the onboarding process, liaise with existing affiliates to answer their questions, control partners relevancy to program, set and manage KPIs. Research, develop and nurture a pipeline of key partners and affiliates who can significantly contribute to growth targetsDeveloping strategies for partnership growth and integration. Work closely with the marketing and business development teams to understand brand needs for potential partnershipsCreate a systematic, process-driven approach to partner outreach and relationship management. Overseeing partnership performance and ensuring alignment with business goalsEffectively pitch, negotiate, and secure high-value partnership agreements that drive revenue growth and expand market presence. Create comprehensive business cases for potential partnerships and lead high-level negotiationsKeep a great ongoing relationships with current partners and offer new ways to grow the partnershipManage the partner execution of co-marketing campaigns through the launch of cross-functional initiativesDevelop and manage internal asset and budgeting documents that give a real time view of partnership statusForecast, measure, and report the results of various projects with partners, including co-created and/or co-branded content promotions, lead sharing, and/or event partnerships. Pulling research data such as Triple Whale, Google Analytics, and Social measuring tools for pre-sale strategy opportunities, and post-campaign insightsEvangelize partnership programs internally to all key stakeholdersRequirementsUnderstanding fundamentals of affiliate marketing.
