Achieving this vision has a direct impact on the relevance of the profession of architecture and the world's prosperity, health, and future.Job SummaryReporting to the Managing Director, Brand & MarCom Operations, the MarCom Traffic Manager is responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of all Marketing and Communications (MarCom) projects and campaigns. The MarCom Traffic Manager will manage day-to-day intake requests for the website, creative, marketing, and communications assets to ensure all MarCom projects meet stakeholder expectations and align with project objectives. This role involves managing the detailed flow of work alongside Marketing and Communications leads and prioritizing tasks across the MarCom department, with a focus on coordinating and tracking campaign timelines, checkpoints, and results.Job DutiesManage website updates and edits, oversee website intake requests, train content admins, perform content updates, and other requests in close coordination with the Technology team.Working directly with MarCom leads, assist in the creation of detailed schedules and tactical project plans for various stages of MarCom campaigns and projects.Track project timelines, checkpoints, and results, ensuring that job files are maintained and up to date.Monitor campaigns and projects, adjusting tasks and deadlines as needed to ensure timely delivery.Communicate campaign plans and progress to MarCom leads, resolving any timeline issues that may arise.Coordinate and prioritize intake requests for creative and MarCom assets with other departments, ensuring alignment and efficient workflow.Collaborate closely with the UX Senior Manager, Senior Director of Content, and Director of Digital Content to ensure that all website-related deliverables are executed efficiently and align with broader campaign objectives.Understand operational processes and manage internal expectations appropriately, particularly regarding turn-around times for production, creative, deliverables, QA, and media trafficking processes.Display an appropriate sense of urgency, prioritization, and tenacity in relation to campaign deadlines and deliverables.Continuously review and optimize processes for traffic and task management to increase efficiency and effectiveness.Provide regular reports on campaign progress, project timelines, and workload management to MarCom leads and senior management.Use data and insights to recommend improvements to both campaign execution and website operations.Frequent contactsMarketing and communications managersSr. Marketing Manager, User ExperienceSr. Director, ContentDirector, Digital ContentCopywriterQualificationsProficiency in Smartsheet or similar project management tools is essential for managing tasks and workflows across multiple campaigns.Experience in managing website operations and handling website-related tasks, including familiarity with CMS and tracking software like Jira or similar.Demonstrated organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously.Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work seamlessly across teams and functions.Detail-oriented with a focus on execution and timely delivery.Ability to understand and navigate operational processes, managing expectations and ensuring timely delivery of all aspects of website production, marketing, creative, and media trafficking.Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, project management, or a similar role; a strong focus on traffic and task management is preferred.Supervisory RequirementsNoneWhat we offerWe offer a comprehensive benefits package that reflects our company values and workplace culture, including:Medical and dental401(k)FlexibilityPaid time offFlexible spending accountsIncome protection- (Life Insurance Coverage up to 2x salary) & disability plans at no cost.Tuition and membership reimbursementsAIA employees have access to a variety of other programs, including:Employee Assistance Program (EAP) for employees and their family membersComputer purchase programFitness club discountsPrepaid legal services programIdentity theft protectionTravel Requirements: N/AWork Location:
