Marketing Program Lead

The Marketing Program Lead will be integral to the coordination, structure, tracking, communications and delivery of key business decisions and initiatives for their respective brand (e.g. Expedia, Hotels.com and Vrbo) and will be a member of the cross functional Brand Leadership team (making connections between the brand they support and the marketing organization).

In this role, you will:

Manage initiatives across all our marketing shared services: Global Marketing, Traveler Engagement & Loyalty, Global Communications, Search Marketing & Technology, Growth Marketing, EG Media and Strategic Partnerships & Affiliates.

Coordinate with the team to define the measures of success and partner with leadership to devise plans to achieve aggressive business targets and process improvements.

Lead prioritization of program initiatives in connection with overarching strategy and be a true brand champion.

Define and implement processes to improve team execution and delivery.

Conduct proactive identification and mitigation of issues and risks by leveraging experience to anticipate possibilities in advance of impacts while integrating business and cross-division perspective.

Establish working relationships and build rapport with stakeholders across the business to become a trusted advisor.

Experience and qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in related field; or MBA or equivalent related professional experience (preferably supporting a marketing function).

10+ years related professional experience, as well as demonstrated thought and domain leadership.

Experience driving strategic initiatives while engaging and collaborating with multi-discipline teams and leaders.

Ability to handle multiple priorities with a high degree of flexibility and accountability, in a constantly and rapidly evolving environment.

Effective communicator, including concise verbal and written executive-level communications tailored to the audience.

Motivated by goal achievement and continuous improvement, with the enthusiasm and drive to motivate your stakeholders and the wider organization.

Strong meeting facilitation skills that bring out the best contributions of all participants.

Skilled at translating highly ambiguous business issues into structured problem statements.

Exhibits storytelling and persuasive influencing techniques that build trust with team and partners and establish long-term relationships.

A logical thinker that can structurally break down problem and hold teams accountable.

The total cash range for this position in Seattle is $221,000.00 to $309,500.00. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $353,500.00, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role.

Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, available budget, and an individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience. Pay ranges may be modified in the future.
