will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive brand marketing and digital strategies that effectively promote THE SHOP brand by reaching and engaging target audiences across various platforms. The

Senior Marketing Manager

will be responsible for ideating, driving, and executing all marketing across all THE SHOP initiatives.This individual will lead a Marketing & Social team, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with overall business objectives and target audience needs. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in not only shaping and communicating our brand identity, messaging, and positioning across all channels, but also leveraging their expertise in content marketing, social media, digital advertising, and analytics to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition.The ideal candidate dreams big, acts quickly, brings a positive energy and collaborates with ease. Ideate, develop, and execute THE SHOP overarching marketing strategy, planning and development to create full funnel integrated marketing campaigns through a storytelling-first lens, aligned with The Shop objectives and hit established KPIs.Serve as lead for day-to-day management/execution of 360 marketing campaigns and media plans against key initiatives across content, digital, products and experiential.Map the customer journey and ensure all marketing touchpoints drive connection between The Shop brand and consumers through innovative storytelling that aligns with the brand, resonates with target audiences, and is attuned with the cultural landscape.Lead the social media team and help lead strategy, content development and community management to drive brand awareness and audience engagement/growth across all social platforms and integrates seamlessly into overall marketing strategies.Collaborate with Brand Partnerships team to develop and lead execution of go-to-market plans for any key campaigns supporting any sponsored opportunities.Foster strong cross-functional relationships across Creative, Production, Post-Production, and Legal.Conduct market research and analysis for new marketing ideas, opportunities, or cultural moments that promote growth, enhance brand awareness and reach new audiences.Define and establish The Shop voice, identity, and messaging to consumers and ensure consistency across all communication channels and touchpoints.Manage day-to-day with paid agency to plan, execute and optimize paid campaigns, while monitoring and analyzing performance to drive traffic, leads and conversions, ensuring goals are met.Identify synergy opportunities within the TSHC brands to help amplify The Shop.Have a constant pulse on current cultural/digital trends, consumer needs, and marketing news.Qualifications

7+ years of proven experience in brand marketing/content/digital role within a global sports, media, and entertainment industry.Deep understanding of marketing tactics including but not limited to social, influencer, digital, partnerships, media strategy, execution, advertising, optimization and program reporting, ensuring all marketing activities feel relevant for our brand and audience.Excellent communication, presentation, written and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate and influence cross-functional teams and leadership.Team player who works well independently but also incredibly collaborative as part of the wider team- solution oriented, proactive, resourceful and dependable.Outstanding project management and organizational skills, ability to follow through, and capable of meeting deadlines while balancing multiple projects - all while managing time effectively and strong attention to detail.Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate data and insights into actionable marketing initiatives - able to recommend and implement solutions effectively.Creative mindset with a passion for innovation and pushing the boundaries of traditional marketing approaches.Hustler. Proven ability to work at strategic and tactical levels – a hands-on team player where no task is too small.Ability to work in a matrixed, fast paced environment, while managing a high attention to detail.Trustworthy with sensitive information and exercise a high level of discretion and confidentiality.Relentless curiosity and passion to learn.Comfortable with ambiguity and shifting priorities. Knowledge of entertainment, sports, social media, and pop culture.Excellent proficiency in Google Suite, Keynote, and Microsoft Office Suite (Powerpoint, Excel, and Word).Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in building consumer brands and marketing programs that play a role in culture.Experience in planning/executing culturally relevant campaigns around content, product, and experiences.Experience in brand partnerships and collaborations.
