We are looking for a Head of Marketing with the strategic vision, analytical insight, and hands-on drive to redefine customer engagement at scale. In this role, you’ll have the autonomy to build and execute a transformative marketing strategy, driving brand growth, customer acquisition, and service expansion through innovative, high-impact campaigns.

As Head of Marketing, you’ll be the architect of a strategy that spans digital and physical channels, designed to scale our business and redefine regional brand recognition in the pest control industry. You’ll bring a proven track record in multi-channel marketing, with a particular focus on blending e-commerce growth and in-person service marketing to capture new audiences and fuel revenue expansion.

You will own out-of-home, event-based, and digital campaigns, including SEO, SEM, and Google Ads, building each aspect of our strategy from the ground up. With a high degree of autonomy, you’ll also have the freedom to assemble a high-performing team, inspiring and equipping them to push boundaries and exceed goals.

Your deep analytical skills and creativity will be key as you craft customer profiles, stories, and user journeys that resonate with our values and engage customers at every touchpoint. This is a hands-on, change-making opportunity to lead Axiom Eco-Pest Control into a new era of growth and impact.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Marketing Leadership:

Define and execute an innovative, multi-channel marketing strategy that aligns with Axiom Eco-Pest Control’s growth objectives and expands brand visibility and customer acquisition nationally.

Revenue Growth & E-Commerce Expansion:

Drive revenue by scaling e-commerce efforts while integrating physical and service-based channels, leveraging SEO, SEM, Google Ads, and paid media to maximize digital engagement.

Campaign Ownership & Optimization:

Lead and optimize high-impact out-of-home, event-based, and digital campaigns, ensuring each aligns with our brand’s values and meets our growth targets.

Customer Experience & Storytelling:

Craft compelling customer profiles, stories, and user journeys that resonate with our brand and drive engagement, enhancing both digital and in-person experiences.

Data-Driven Decision Making:

Establish, monitor, and analyze KPIs, utilizing data insights to continuously improve customer acquisition, conversion, and retention strategies across all channels.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Partner closely with sales, operations, and product teams to ensure a seamless alignment between marketing efforts and service objectives.

Budget & Resource Management:

Take ownership of the marketing budget, maximizing ROI through strategic resource allocation across campaigns and team initiatives.

Team Leadership & Development:

Build, lead, and inspire a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and excellence.

Qualifications

7+ years in a marketing leadership role, ideally within a service-oriented or consumer-focused industry.

Familiar with tools for managing customers and campaigns such as Constant Contact, WordPress, Hootsuite, Sprout Social.

Proven ability to scale marketing efforts to drive revenue growth across multiple channels including digital (SEO, SEM, PPC, Google Ads, social media) and traditional channels (events, print, out-of-home).

Expert in digital marketing with a proven track record of growing revenue through SEO, SEM, Google Ads, and performance marketing strategies.

Skilled in tools like Google Analytics and Tableau, with proficiency in defining and tracking KPIs to drive decision-making and optimize marketing strategies.

Expertise in developing customer profiles and crafting user journeys that enhance engagement across all touchpoints.

Strong understanding of digital marketing trends and best practices in customer acquisition, user experience, and online engagement.

Experience leading cross-functional teams and working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, ideally in a service-based business.

Hands-on experience building and leading teams, with strong leadership and communication skills.

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field. Master’s degree in marketing, business administration (MBA), law (JD), or a related field is preferred.

Compensation

$145,000 - $205,000 base salary per year depending on candidate’s qualifications, job-related knowledge, and experience.

Potential for performance-based bonus.

This role is not eligible for relocation.

Pay: $145,000.00 - $205,000.00 per year
