Our team’s job is to maximize revenue by efficiently driving sales demos. We do that by running marketing experiments across multiple channels, then rapidly scaling the ones that work.In this role, you’ll own execution for the largest segment of our Paid Search channel - our Core HR campaigns. At their scale, they are one of the fastest growing companies in the world.” As a member of our growth team, you’ll own the end-to-end performance of your channel, diligently optimizing while also exploring new and creative ways to inflect growth.This role is highly cross-functional - you’ll partner with our go-to-market, growth engineering, marketing operations, and analytics teams (among others).What you will do
Help manage and optimize a $XM budget to generate outsized growth in SEM for our Core HR products.Own day-to-day execution for a large set of Core SEM campaigns, managing bids, budgets, keywords, and more with high attention to detail.Build an efficiency-focused experimentation roadmap to test new approaches and tactics within SEM, leveraging new platform tools, bidding and keyword strategies, and ad content.Collaborate with business line marketing managers, reporting performance trends, brainstorming improvements, and iterating together to drive better outcomes.Partner with our WebOps team to experiment with new landing page content, format, and designs, improving conversion from click to lead.What you will need
1-3 years of experience
doing both quantitative and qualitative work in a fast-paced environment.Strong grasp of SEM fundamentals:
you have mastered the fundamentals of Search Engine Marketing and have a track record of high-quality execution in the channel.Strong ownership mindset:
motivated by the idea of owning a number, and are not afraid to step up to big challenges. You have a growth mindset and readily look for feedback on how to grow as a professional.Cross-functional communicator:
