Golin is looking for a VP, Influencer to join a rock star team of digital strategists, creatives, creators, and analysts to drive best-in-class influencer campaigns and strategies. You'll counsel and partner with clients and work with your team to drive integrated influencer programming that is high-touch and high-tech and drives ROI. You'll be their eyes and ears on how to maximize and optimize their content and storytelling and counsel on integration across owned, earned, and paid. As part of our agency's influencer counsel, you'll keep teams and clients up to speed on the latest trends and provide proactive ways to integrate into their marketing campaigns.

What You'll Do:
Work in close collaboration with integrated Golin team leaders including account leadership, earned, strategy, and creative to deliver best-in-class social media and influencer strategy and work.Build and optimize strategic influencer strategies to align with clients' goals and objectives.Foster and maintain productive and influential client relationships and provide strong counsel to clients on best practices.Identify solutions and work with teams and independently to drive client success and grow relationships.Experience executing brand-level influencer marketing strategies and ability to communicate them with complete digital fluency.Serve as an expert in fully integrated public relations and digital/social programs.Cultivate a culture of support, growth, and partnership among the team.Serve as an ambassador of Golin's capabilities as it relates to organic and new business opportunities.Take a leadership and highly visible role in business growth and targeting efforts.Manage financials, including budgets and billing, projections, and staffing.Leadership experience as a people manager, collaborator, and advocate, a voice for the team and your direct reports.
What You Have:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field with 10-12 years of experience driving and executing digital/social media/influencer marketing campaigns.Passion for client service and an ability to juggle multiple projects and changing priorities.Experience managing and leading an account team and working with large fully integrated teams.Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and problem-solving skills.Ability to execute and measure multifaceted campaigns and day-to-day communications initiatives.Poise and calm under pressure and a desire to immerse yourself in a client's business to become a true partner.Confidence when presenting no matter the size of the group or situation.A solutions-oriented mindset.
Golin has included the base salary range or hourly rate for this role. Actual compensation offered within the range will depend upon, among other factors: a candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience; actual ranges for current or former employees in the role; and market considerations.
Salary range:
$120,000 - $219,000
