In this role, you’ll work on various web design projects and acquisition channels, and report directly to the creative and design lead marketing. What you’ll do:

Design and create engaging assets for various marketing initiatives, such as sponsored ads, branded content, social media assets, emails, webpages, diverse online campaigns, internal requirements, and more. Translate marketing objectives into high-quality designs that effectively communicate our brand identity and value proposition. Drive conversion and lead generation efforts through great design thinking and execution. Iterate designs based on feedback and data-driven insights to improve performance. Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and channels. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support various campaigns. Embrace a fast-paced work environment and drive results. Requirements:

Who you are:

4+ years experience in web and marketing design. Conceptual designer with a strong portfolio and deep UI/UX understanding, with a great eye for typography and attention to details. Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and as a real team player, and have the ability to lead a project from the concept stage to the very last detail. An investigator by nature, who is not afraid of encountering obstacles, who is up to date with the latest trends in the design world, and passionate about learning new things. Flexibility to work on a variety of projects with diverse audiences, formats, and KPIs. Understands and is passionate about KPIs, testing, and optimization. Good verbal and written communication skills in English. Values that help you succeed at Riverside:
